This is an honest, impartial review from a Yucca Valley homeowner, and the owner of a business with an A+ BBB accreditation. I run a BnB and I am very busy in the summer w/ bookings.. and we all know, it's very hot in the summer. Issue first started in the summer where my A/C would not cool. Nielson Fire n Ice came and did an inspection and said I needed a new thermostat. The tech said, "Everything else looks fine, system is running normal". I replaced the thermostat - $150 Two weeks later, guests complain the AC won't cool down. Had to give them a refund. Fire n Ice recommended to install a hard kit - $450 2 days later, new guests complain. Same ... read more
