Terrible representation of being a maytag customer service representative. I was told because I didn't buy my washer from them that I didn't matter. When reminding him that he signed a contract with Maytag to service new appliances and it was his job to get someone here, he hung up on me. I have reported them to the BBB.
RecommendedYou've got to try the beds. I woke up the first morning at 10 am. I never sleep until 10 am!!

I love that you can go to the store & bring your new appliance home with you compared to other stores where you have to order it & wait for 1-2 weeks to get it!! They are AWESOME to work with, very knowledgeable & are VERY customer friendly!!!
