These idiots come and dig a huge hole in our backyard and then never come and finish this and kill half our grass. For a project that we never even approved them doing.

If I could give a zero star I would. They are doing something in my area, I wouldn't know what because they didnt mark it on the flyer. They called the cops because we have big dogs in our backyard and we were at work when the7 decided to do unknown work in my yard. Even though they have a flyer meant to provide information like when they would be coming back, they didnt include it. Then told me, it was my job to call and find out when they would be coming. My husband lost 5 hours of work today. This company is the worst!

Fugal did the work to lay fiberoptic cable in my neighborhood and had to go through our backyard. We did not like the box they installed but asked customer service to change it and they did! If you have issues, I'd recommend reaching out to their customer support. I do wish we'd had more communication about the date they were coming to do the work, otherwise I'd give this 5/5.

These people are horrible. Avoid at all costs. Communication is terrible and they will destroy your yard. They give no notice or communication at all

A broken sprinkler pipe, after two texts, they came out and so far it's working correctly. The person texting with me was helpful and polite.
