Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Breaking sprinkler lines, hopping fences, and non stop ringing and knocking on my door. Grass was torn up, and not put back the way it was before. No one speaks any English, so there is zero communication. No flyers left on door, and then expecting to get access to my locked backyard.
This company is digging up my entire yard, and broke my internet wire. I work from home. They "can't fix it" because they don't own the wire. Now it's my issue to try and get Xfinity over to my house? They didn't even tell us why they're in our yard, just that there'd be some "construction". Not to mention they totally smushed my garden. :(
Zero would be a better score. I have been in contact with this company since April 9th 2026 still have dead grass where they dug it up and also dirt in my rocks. I have asked for them to come and clean it up but to no avail nothing has been done. They keep saying we will come and fix it but nothing. So if they are working in your yard don't let them leave until everything is to your satisfaction!!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. This company is over an internet project in my neighborhood and they’ve cut our internet line and I’ve been told by this company so sorry, we are not going to fix anything for you. I have a 95 year old elder in my home who has a life alert button CONNECTED TO WIFI THAT I NO LONGER HAVE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY CUT OUR LINE!!!! This is unacceptable and I will escalate this to wherever I need to. At all costs, don’t do business with this company.
Woken up to my doorbell being rung over and over, my husband runs downstairs and sees a bunch of men in our backyard messing with our internet lines, then they eventually tell us that our neighbor wants their service for internet. They should have given a notice, but instead they put their workers in a bad situation with homeowners. What a shame of a company, don’t waste your time calling the company, they won’t answer.
