I would give zero stars if I could. This company is over an internet project in my neighborhood and they’ve cut our internet line and I’ve been told by this company so sorry, we are not going to fix anything for you. I have a 95 year old elder in my home who has a life alert button CONNECTED TO WIFI THAT I NO LONGER HAVE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY CUT OUR LINE!!!! This is unacceptable and I will escalate this to wherever I need to. At all costs, don’t do business with this company.

Woken up to my doorbell being rung over and over, my husband runs downstairs and sees a bunch of men in our backyard messing with our internet lines, then they eventually tell us that our neighbor wants their service for internet. They should have given a notice, but instead they put their workers in a bad situation with homeowners. What a shame of a company, don’t waste your time calling the company, they won’t answer.

They are putting in Century Link Fiber for the city of Orem in our neighborhood. Did they communicate when or what would be taking place or who to contact when they busted up the pipe to the community pool…nope! Took out the power to more that half the neighborhood and told us we were responsible to get it fixed, hit a sprinkler line of a neighbor causing flooding everywhere told them they were responsible to get it fixed, tore up many beautiful lawns leaving huge holes everywhere and shoved a huge box right in the middle li... read more

Broke our water line and then left us with no water. Absolute joke of a company. They are working down the street from our house, broke our main water line, turned off our water and then left. When we called Fugal to ask what’s going on, they were closed. So, half my neighborhood has no water for the night & most of the morning because this company doesn’t show up until noon. No showers for the kids before school, no dinner, no brushing teeth and nobody gets to use the bathroom until Fugal decides they wanna fix their mistak... read more
