I have good feedback for niello. The staff that helped me, Ryann, was very friendly and informative. There's coffee and water while you wait. There were snacks this time around! Not sure if that's a new feature, but it's good if it is! I was communicated with on the length of time and where they were in the process. Pretty sure I chit chatted with the owner. This dealership deserves negative stars. They say one price no negotiation, use cargurus or auto trader, you can see them drop the prices on their used cars during the week(s). After spending an entire week and a big part of my Saturday morning dealing with their salesman Jordan, we agreed on an arrival time and a hold on a vehicle.
