I purchased a 2017 mini countryman in Sept. 2023 at Niello. I had the brake pads replaced at big O tires last week and the technician was unable to reset the brake pad sensor. I called Niello to request a courtesy reset, Spoke with Josh who told me Niello WILL NOT reset the sensor because I did not pay them to replace the pads. the you tube describes a simple technique but Niello will not help me for free. I ask them to spend 10 minutes showing me how but they say no. this business does not provide support after your purchas... read more
