I purchased a 2017 mini countryman in Sept. 2023 at Niello. I had the brake pads replaced at big O tires last week and the technician was unable to reset the brake pad sensor. I called Niello to request a courtesy reset, Spoke with Josh who told me Niello WILL NOT reset the sensor because I did not pay them to replace the pads. the you tube describes a simple technique but Niello will not help me for free. They tried to charge me 8500 for something I got done myself for 1500
Not impressed with this Sacramento dealership. Sorry I bought the car from them…on the docs said 10 miles on the car but actually 350 something. A ridiculous hitch for $600 that I will never use. Horrible experience. The business manager was very unfriendly after I wouldn’t purchase her overpriced warranties $5,124+ for who knows what extended protection. Such a gimmick.
