I'd been very skeptical of having a good experience with any car dealer, but they honored the Kelly Blue Book wholesale value, and Daniel at Niello made the entire experience a pleasant one from start to finish!
I had heard about Niello Buys Cars (NBC) from a friend and I did not want the hassle of selling my car on my own so NBCs was a perfect option for me. I made an appointment with Daniel and he performed the initial inspection of the car; provided me with the current value of the car with all the options that it had; and I choose to have the mechanical inspection done at no cost to me. Super simple experience. Much better than the traditional experience at a traditional dealership. Make sure you stop by and see these guys 1st before you go somewhere else.
I just wasted 2hrs at this place. They contacted me after I posted my car on Craigslist, and asked me to come in and that the whole process would be less than 1hr and gave me a very fair price range over the phone. I really felt it was a snake and switch. After sitting there for 2 hrs they came back with the lowest possible price giving me a very made up sounding reason for it. The only positive thing I can say is their rep was nice and polite, but at the end of the day it was a waste of my time.
Drove my uncle here so he could sell his car, so I'm just a third-party observer, but I found the whole experience pleasant. Daniel helped us, was very thorough, explained the how and the why, and even engaged me in discussion when I had nothing to do with the transaction. Offered us more than my uncle was expecting. It took about two hours, but honestly I don't think that's too long for inspection, paperwork and everything. 5 Stars!
