We have been getting great service at Niello Audi since 2015.
I take my Audi here for basic oil change but every time I visit I’m told something else needs to be fixed. For over a year I was told- I MIGHT have a water pump leak , then , well we don’t see a leak now, keep an eye on it . This was when it was under warranty. Right after the warranty expired I was told I definitely had a water pump leak and it needed to be replaced - for $2,000. ! I took my car somewhere else and was told the was NO LEAK found.
