I've never met a more incompetent bunch of people. Recently tried to have some paperwork filled out for a lawyer to help with disability claims and the nurse took around 4 months to get it filled out (disability responded faster than they did which is insane) and I only finally got confirmation for it yesterday which took me weeks of calling leaving voicemails, asking about it at my last appointment AND going up there asking about it before finally getting a call yesterday to get a yes or no answer that it was sent off. Second time posting. My 1st review has been removed. I was a patient of Dr Niebauer for more than 2 years. I am an advanced practice nurse of 20 years and a nurse with more than 30 years experience. I have never been treated so poorly a physician as their patient! She refuses to accept accountability for the errors and miscommunication within her office from her staff. The worst, most unprofessional neurologist, I've ever seen! Complete disregard for patient care, just a check the box collect a paycheck doctor
Dr. Niebauer has been my doctor for over a year now and has done amazing work! She definitely takes the time to listen to your concerns and goes above and beyond to help you! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and honest neurologist look no further because she’s great!
Dr.Neibauer is absolutely amazing! She started tests on me has helped me so much over the past year .. I love her and the staff is so kind and have always helped me . I love everything about her and the staff .
