Poor time management and poor customer service. They left me waiting forever in every appointment I had with them. They don't respect patients time.
Avoid at all costs!!! If your primary care provider refers you to this absolute clown show, DEMAND they provide an alternative referral somewhere (ANYWHERE) else. Driving a hundred miles will be far less hassle than dealing with this circus. In my 55 years I have never encountered an office, medical or otherwise, so completely incompetent. If I could give a 0 star I would. This office does not confirm they are in network before they see you. They just take the appointment and bill you over $300. When you ask why they did not check if they are in network, you are informed that "its not our job, that is on billing". I work in the industry. Billing is an inhouse department. This lies, does not take responsibility, and bills you even though it is their fault that they did not check. My wife waited an ENTIRE YEAR to see this doctor.
