This was one of the most disappointing homestay experiences I’ve ever had. The host failed to provide check-in instructions on time even though it was stated they would send them one day before arrival. We had to send multiple messages and calls, but received no response. Instructions were only given about an hour before check-in. Even after receiving the access card, it didn’t work. am extremely disappointed and regret booking this place. It started with an invalid access card issue and the promised parking facility was not provided. The management and agent were completely uncooperative and offered no assistance at all. The facilities inside the homestay were also very disappointing — the TV could not be turned on, there was no Wi-Fi, the bathroom and rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the air conditioner in the room was not cold.
