DR. UNDIVIA IS AMAZING! SHE IS THOROUGH AND DOES HER JOB TO THE FULLEST. SHE WILL ASK YOU QUESTIONS THAT YOU NEVER REALIZED WERE CONNECTED TO YOUR HEALTH ISSUE. I GIVE HER A 10........
The doctor was excellent. She spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and was very friendly and professional. I was somewhat disappointed with the receptionist who didn't want to take the time to find me a follow up appointment slot and told me to call, but they don't make appointments by phone so now I have to navigate Loyola's online booking system.
She let me know promptly about the CPAP recall and was very understanding about doing a video visit because of COVID-`19. She gave great advice about how to deal with both the sleep apnea and the recall.
Dr Undevia is personable, takes time to listen and is an educator who provides excellent methods for treating sleep apnea, She also has knowledge of available supplies. I appreciate that Dr Undevia and staff allowed me to come to the Burr Ridge Office after I went to the First Avenue Office first. CNA Marion was also personable, efficient and her smile was infectious. I had an excellent visit! Thank you!
