I am a Type 1 diabetic for 47 years & have been a patient of Dr. Narayan’s for ~3 years. For 2+ weeks now I have been trying to get prescriptions for my long acting insulin & pen needles that require prior authorizations. Not one person has answered the phone in either the Ft. Lee or Tenafly offices. I NEED my insulin & needles to stay alive. Dr. Narayan & her staff obviously don’t care. After having a test done Dr. Narayan called me to discuss the results. I had a question afterwards and she even called me back a second time and patiently answered my question. She is. a competent, professional and kind physician and I would definitely recommend this doctor.
I recently went to Dr. Narayan and was very satisfied with her treatment. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of my questions and did not rush me out of the office. I would highly recommend her.
