I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Mishra, and I showed up 15 minutes early like I was told to do. I'm not sure why they sent me a 6-page questionnaire when she didn't read any of it. Then she acted like she didn't believe me that the answers she was asking for were recorded on the sheet (ie, dates that symptoms started, etc).
