Dr. Kasatwar took time to explain my condition and answer all my questions.
I own a service dog. It is a medical device, not a pet. This neurologist and stepped into the room and immediately asked if my service dog, a federally legal medical device, if it Bites and is afraid of dogs!!!!???? Being a neurologist, she should know and have experience with plenty of service dogs, not being afraid of them. This makes me very angry. I’ve already complained. She should know better.
I went there with my wife to discuss a possible MRI to help with a case of our daughter. She declined to approve; it was not necessary and wouldn't be approved by the insurance company Kasatwar said. After my wife mentioned of my mild snoring, Kasatwar recommended a sleep study, but continued presenting a dark scenario of sleep apnea, assuming I have sleep apnea without even ordering or me accepting the study.
