All positive across the practice
The people are nice, and the doctors seem competent enough, but I have been having to wait 45 minutes for my appointments the last few times I've come. I've always arrived on time as well. Once I arrived on time but the check-in machine wasn't working, and no one in reception was available so by the time I got checked in I was "5 minutes late", despite having been waiting 5 minutes for someone to help... It's probably a being understaffed and overworked situation, but I cannot as much as I'd like recommend this nor ignore th... read more
