I was going there for neurological issues I was having after being hospitalized and in a wheelchair and was speaking with PA filling out paperwork, when Dr. Lauren came in, told me to get up and walk said I'm fine and said that maybe something traumatic happened to me. She then said to see a psychiatrist and that I don't need a neurologist. Then left. If I could give zero stars I would. I'd be happy to talk to someone about it. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Made an already scary time for me even worse!!!
I saw Dr. Laurin for the first time today and I am feeling so much better. The stress has been overwhelming and she was able to lessen my stress by making me feel like I am going to be able to get better. She not only listened to me, but took the time to draw a diagram and explain how the brain functions and a possible issue.
