My son was admitted here for four days. It was a very difficult time for me. The doctors and nurses here were amazing. Even the NICU directors take out time from their schedules to talk to patient’s parents everyday. They are always approachable to everyone. My son’s condition improved because of them and so did mine on seeing him improve. The doctors and nurses here made sure I ate, bathe, slept, held my baby and breastfed him. This place is racist, no other way around it. I sat and waiting in the waiting area for 2.5 hours, while the ppl I came in with came and gone, tonssssssss of white ppl came in and got treated immediately. UNACCEPTABLE! Treated me like I didn’t have any insurance and didn’t pay $100 copay per visit. Then had the nerve to tell me I’m NEXT! Been saying that for an hour while others stilllllll came in and got seen, treated and left. I will not be back!
