I rang Nic on a Monday to arrange an inspection & quote. Nic's business is located 1.7kms away. We had agreed for Nic to come around at the end of the day once he'd completed his current job at his own residence. When we got off the phone, I had sent Nic my address. Hrs went by & Nic was a no show. I sent a follow up message to ask whether or not we had our day right & what had happened if so? Still no reply.
