Fixed my dead HomePod after Apple offered no help. Great communication and quality repair! Would not hesitate to send your broken devices in for a fix quality repair service with YouTube live streaming of repair and quick to fix and return to you! Can’t recommend enough!
This man is amazing!!!! Thought my Apple Homepod was a goner, he fixed it back up in a very timely manner and its playing better than it did before. It would no longer power on, he also replaced my filters. Thank you Nic, you put a big smile on my face today when I got my package and powered it up

Based on other reviews, I guess Nic was pretty good a few years ago but like everything else in 2020, Nic was a huge disappointment. I dropped off my machine in April and was told he'd provide me with an estimate and time frame for repair. I didn't hear anything from him for over a month until I reached out to him. Over the next 6 months I had to repeatedly reach out to Nic for status reports. Nic ended up having my machine for nearly 7 months and still didn't complete the repairs needed and then charged me a ridiculous ... read more
Told 2 days to diagnose. Took 2 weeks with 2 bump call needed. When estimate too high and Nic told blower to be donated to votech he refused to reassemble. Like pulling teeth to be able to pick up. Bizarre texts and behavior suggest substance abuse.
