Nic answers all your questions, hears all your wants and concerns, and works with you to get the results you want. I couldn't find *anyone* who does, let alone specializes, in perms, and was really wanting to get back to them. Well worth traveling from Tacoma for! We were able to get a really beautiful, tighter curl pattern with the gentler perm chemical he uses, and he does traditional perms as well.
