Joseph Nicotero will not follow through and get a divorce finalized for my family member. He has lied for years about it. He admitted he dropped the ball a few months ago but is right back to ignoring his client. Idk why my family member is still giving him a chance. His word cannot be trusted. He will have you in a jam.

Joe Nicotero met with us at OUR convenience. He explained everything from start to finish. I even called him a few times afterwards with further questions I thought of and he always showed me professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he work with our payments, he took care of all of our paperwork in a very quick manner. I would recommend anyone to his firm.

i cannot relay to you any information about the lowden half of this office, because i did not deal with him. however, i would reccomend that absolutely nobody contacts joe nicotero for any legal help. this man took my money and told me i would be divorced within a month. that was 11 months and 3 weeks ago. i signed my papers, my husband signed the papers, there is absolutely nothing being contested. he simply did not file the paper work and it is causing serious damage in my life. not only did i give him almost $700, this ma... read more

We met with Mr. Nicotero multiple times and he gave us great suggestions and helped us to avoid it until it was no longer possible to avoid. He never charged us for all of the previous meetings. Mr. Lowden went with us to file in Pittsburgh and we have had all of our questions answered

If I could give this law firm zero stars I would. If I could give it negative stars I would. This lawyer does not do his job for starters joe is very unprofessional. Unfiled paperwork, won’t return a phone call. He takes the money then never finishes the job. If anything I would tell people to NOT go to him. You will lose your money and your life will be put on hold til he decides you can start your life up.
