As a woman, i had a poor experience trying to communicate with the owner, as he did not appear to respect women. He appeared to have taken advantage of people for his own benefit. Despite ending services months ago, he claimed he did not understand the intention to terminate services and completed said services twice without checking in (either time) to ensure that his services were required/wanted.
