The food was beyond exceptional. Their chefs' ability to make bend ingredients to their will was mind-blowing. Half of the menu had ingredients that ABSOLUTELY should not go together but they fit perfectly.
If you're looking at Nicosi and wondering if it's actually worth doing, YES. Do it. This was genuinely one of the coolest dining experiences I've ever had, and I can't wait to do it again. To respect the chefs desire for mystery, I must omit speaking of the flavors of the dishes themselves. Nicosi seats a max of 20 guests in a horseshoe shaped seating arrangement with the kitchen located in the center. This allows for each diner to observe the chefs as they plate the dishes.
