Incompetent staff, but amazing food. Went to Nico's Friday night, expecting a wait. We gave our number and were told 30-45 minutes, so we waited in the car with our baby. 45 minutes later, no line and no text, so we went in. The hostess said they gave our table away because we didn't answer when they called. When she asked for our number again, she realized she'd dialed it wrong — but said we'd still have to wait another 45 minutes. Y'all, I hate this. Our waitress, Ella was great! Went to dinner with family for a birthday celebration. Food was delicious and I like that the fettuccine Alfredo comes with a vegetable (broccoli). The blueberry sangria was so refreshing on a hot summer day. Portions are very generous; even a half couldn’t be finished by two people!
