awful - charged $500 for a $300 repair for coolant expansion tank that they broke from overfilling! Knuckleheads can't even pump gas without issues. Avoid at all costs. Have to give one star only because its required. sheesh...
Steer clear of this garage. I was not only charged a large sum for what was a basic repair but I waited weeks for the job to be done despite best efforts on my part. I ended up spending over hundreds of dollars on parts that weren't even needed........how do I know? I broke down a couple hours of driving after leaving his garage and had a capable mechanic tell me that whoever did the work shouldn't be in the repair business at all. "No indication that he understands the basics". Enough said. BEWARE.
WARNING: Do not bring your car to be repaired at this facility. I had been a long time customer of Nico's having worked in the Stamford area, but his workmanship and level of professionalism has severely declined. Most recently, he installed a faulty after-market catalytic converter on my wife's Audi A4. The car would not pass emissions with this inferior part.
