Set up an appointment with "Dry N Clean Carpet Cleaning" but got a phone from "Nico's". Manager of Nico's told me she uses a marketing place in Pakistan yet the person I spoke to was an American on Facebook named Daniel Alexander. I told her it was a fake profile, she hung up on me and blocked me from calling her. This company is a scam. Beware.
Extremely happy with today’s service! My couch looks amazing and the also did my carpet last minute! They were quick and efficient, and even cleaned over my hallway and my rug there on their way out. 5 stars to everything from their price to their service!

Hired through Thumbtack app. Professional team but work was satisfactory. Terrible smell left behind after clean for several days that caused me to have to use carpet freshener to mask dirty water smell. Paid $250 for 3 bedroom plus stairs cleaning and then just noticed her website has a promo package of 4 bedrooms for $120 smh. All in all I recommend going with true top commercial company over a mom and pop if you want your carpets cleaned without incident.
