Abysmal quality control on their retaining wall blocks. I ordered over 20 PALLETS of the Stonegate blocks and not a single block had the holes or channels for the locking pins properly formed. Each of these blocks should have 3-6 holes pre-formed for alignment along with a channel to receive the lower blocks retaining pin.
