Building a house while raising two young kids was challenging, but this team made things less overwhelming. They kept appointments on time and explained paperwork in simple language. The final walkthrough lasted longer than expected because they encouraged us to inspect everything carefully. A few paint touch-ups were needed later, though they returned promptly and completed them without excuses.
We had 3 months to begin and finish a full remodel at Coronado Shores. Kraig and his team were on the job within two weeks of our first meeting with contracts, design, and permissions all in hand.
