I scheduled a concrete delivery for 10:00 AM, but the truck did not arrive until 12:00 PM. This two-hour delay caused significant disruption to our plans, as we had our crew and an inspector waiting during that time. In addition, I found the dispatcher and crew to be unprofessional in how they handled the situation.
