I would recommend the Nicolet Escanaba branch. I've banked at Flagstar and Baybank and there is no comparison. The staff at Nicolet are genuine and helpful. I deal with the same people and no staff turnover which says a lot these days.They are always happy to assist. If you're considering switching banks, you should stop in and see what they have to offer.
If I could give them less than one star...I would. Payments take FOREVER. They didn't pay my homeowners on escrow and I lost an insurance company I'd been with for over a decade. Bri g your accounts to ANYWHERE else BUT HERE
