It's a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and Nicolet National Bank is that kind of bank. They have always shown me kindness, respect, and a friendly smile. I can't recommend them enough for ALL of you banking needs.
After a half-century of dealing with numerous banks, this is the most exasperating one. They repeatedly deleted my online account; restoring it takes hours to days each time. When I do access it, I am amazed by how antiquated their website is, so I (with computer programming experience) provided suggestions to improve it, but they are too complacent to care.
