I had broken the glass on my wood stove door, and they replaced it, but the glass is loose fitting now. it seems to be the wrong thickness..
Nicolet Glass was amazing to work with from start to finish. The person who came out to do our estimate was incredibly professional and helpful, and the quote they provided was very reasonable. The installers went above and beyond during the installation — they were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The new glass in our windows looks phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’ll absolutely be using Nicolet Glass again in the future
BEWARE OF NICOLET GLASS! Had a broken outside pane of a double-pane window in an upstairs room replaced by Nicolet Glass. They sent a couple of young kids who replaced the glass. The next winter storm came and water poured through the window like a “water feature!” Flooded the room and the rooms below. 10/01/2025 Finally got my dream glass bathroom door and frame installed. From the very beginning the staff at Nicolet was able to undderstand and capture the vision of this project to finally fulfill my expectations. Their planning and ordering of materials can take long, but well worth the wait at a very fair price. This is the second project I have hired Nicolet for, 3 years ago they updated my glass windows. Highly recommend.
As a business owner myself, I am frustrated with the lack of information they were willing to give on an order. Not the kind of service my customers are given.
