As a business owner myself, I am frustrated with the lack of information they were willing to give on an order. Not the kind of service my customers are given.
Highly recommend going through nicolet glass the guys that came over to my house were professional got the job done very quickly their names is Ian and Brycen really awesome guys respectful when they came to my home!
BEWARE OF NICOLET GLASS! Had a broken outside pane of a double-pane window in an upstairs room replaced by Nicolet Glass. They sent a couple of young kids who replaced the glass. The next winter storm came and water poured through the window like a “water feature!” Flooded the room and the rooms below. When they sent their resident expert out to see what happened, he (Randy) stated unequivocally the window had been installed wrong. Nicolet then sent somebody out to make the repairs to the window. The 5 start rating is for the excellent communication from customer service team, but mostly for the above and beyond service from Ian. I set an appointment to have some glass repaired at my store and prepared to come in early and for a longer day than normal, Ian showed up on time and called me when he was on his way, and was the most personable and friendly person you can imagine!
