Nicole is amazing! I had a total thyroidectomy a few years ago, and was worried about how to lose and manage my weight with unpredictable thyroid levels. My doctors provided no help, one suggesting I just avoid candy. I started searching and found Nicole. Since working with her I've lost over 50 pounds and reached my goal weight. In addition, she has helped me navigate several health issues I've encountered over the years. Besides our appointments, she is always available to answer questions. I am so thankful I found Nicole!
I had made an appointment online which Nicole was very prompt in her email responses. But after our appointment time was made she wasn't able to meet at her office an suggested a coffee shop, which sounded OK, but then when I was actually meeting with her, we were in public and it was awkward. It felt kind of unprofessional be to be having a meeting talking about personal health issues when others are in ear shot. She answers all my questions and is so helpful with my food diary. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends :)
Nicole is amazing! She has helped me so much. In one month, she helped me to feel so much better. I'm no longer bloated, don't have allergies and have never felt this good in my life.
