The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was simply calling to check if there was availability for a same-day appointment, and she told me, “You should leave a message instead of calling me multiple times on this number.” Ma’am, I was calling to speak with someone precisely because leaving a message would have delayed the response even further. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude.
