I am never one to leave a negative review, but after my wife and I hired Nicole as a caterer/coordinator for our wedding earlier this year I feel compelled to provide an honest summary so other couples can avoid the disaster we experienced. From the catering standpoint there were multiple tables who did not receive preset salads and the food ran out before all tables could eat, requiring the catering staff to throw together random appetizers/leftovers for the remaining guests. DO NOT HIRE NICOLE'S CATERING. Not only did she not provide enough food for guests at a wedding where she was well aware of the headcount, but after verbally confirming her error and promising a refund she rescinded her offer without us signing a legal document where we would agree to not post fair and accurate reviews. The food she did provide was terrible, and not at all what was taste tested. Her services are a waste of money, and if you hire her you are sure to be disappointed.

Do not trust Nicole’s catering for an important event in your life. We made the mistake of hiring Nicole as our wedding caterer as well as her “concierge” (wedding coordinating) services. Nicole did not provide enough food for our wedding, causing more than 30 people to receive no meat as an entree or salads at their tables.
