Another great shopping experience for my oldest daughter’s senior prom. My daughter must have tried on 10 different dresses and visited the store 5 different times and she got great service each time. She tried this dress on in different colors and liked it so they ended up ordering a sample of this color for her to try on and she loved it. We had the best experience here at Nicole’s! She was so patient and allowed my daughters to try on several dresses. A big bonus is if you buy a dress from her for prom she will write down what prom you are going to and what dress you got to prevent girls from having the same dress! We will definitely go back! Thank you for making this experience great!
The employees were so nice and welcoming. They had many options for prom and they weren’t sold out of dresses like most places. I ended up finding my dress and did not need any alterations. Pricing is also very reasonable. Overall, amazing service!
I had a great experience here and left with a dress! I called ahead to make an appointment to try on dresses for a non-traditional wedding. I had no idea what I wanted and The lady who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. I ended up trying on a dress I didn’t think would look good on me and fell in love with it and ended up purchasing. It was a great first time experience.
When I went to shop for my prom dress, both workers were attending to this young girl way more than they were attending to me. I had to beg to be attended to practically, or else I would not have received any service at all. Not to mention, the lady’s comment about my body was inappropriate and rude. I would not shop here ever again. This store completely ruined my prom dress shopping experience.
