She ruined my hair! I went twice. The first time for a haircut. She used a razor to cut the ends, guaranteeing it would make my hair better. I wasnt too excited with it, but i thought I'd give her another chance. The 2nd time i went to get highlights.She used a blow dryer to speed up the process. I woke up next day with broken large chunks of strands of hair all over my pillow! She sold me the purple shampoo saying it would help make it healthy. Thinking its what i needed, i used it.
