My 10 year-old had never had her done at a true salon. After a wash, blow out and flat iron, she looked like a totally different person. I was honestly bought to tears. She has a new do and a new attitude! Very much looking forward to going back to such a clean, polite and reasonably priced salon. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

i put one star because i did not get an option to put no star my relaxer did not last cause she was to scared to leave it longer when i told her i could handle it me knowing my own strength!! and over priced me and my aunt the same when my hair is up to my shoulder and hers covers her whole back $80 later for my aunt to just wash deep conditioning and blow dry when west haven and fair haven charges $45-$50 for long and short hair unbelievable..!! #savage #overpriced #noteventhatgood #dontevengotcustomerslikethat

Outrageous pricing $190 for mine and my daughter wash and blow dry becuase of our long hair - I would normally pay $25-30 for a wash and blow dry right down the street in Fair Haven at Finesse Hair Salon with the same length hair (they happen to be closed the day I went so I decided to try Nicole’s out) Advertisement states ‘25 & up’ and the ‘up’ goes up to $90-$100 which I had no idea they also pulled and burned our scalp.
