What a wonderful experience! Something I never thought I’d say about a surgeon 😁. I needed a 2nd opinion when a local surgeon refused to address my concerns over his ego & Dr. Zern popped up in my search, specializing in my problem. She sat face-to-face & we discussed all lab work & scans. She listened to my concerns & heard me. We came up with a plan after she explained possible options. She is warm, caring, & experienced. All doctors could learn from her example of humanness to their patients.
