Dr Weber was completely amazing. She understood me and helped me through the hardest part of my life. I believe she helped make my dreams come true. Now i have a beautiful 2 year old boy!
Absolutely the worst experience with this office and I never even got to meet the Dr. Was referred from my regular dr, and there was a mix up in the reason for the appointment. Had me down twice, then kept calling me to return calls to reschedule appointments I was unaware of. Took me from Nov to March to actually get a valid appointment, then the day before they called to say the Dr has an emergency and had to cancel. Tried rescheduling me for the end of May. Dr. Weber earned a score of 10/10. Her office staff is wonderful. They are on time, informed, clear with expectations and helpful. Dr. Weber was willing to take time to explain the concerns, mentioned a variety of treatment options and together we have mapped out a series of tests to determine the best course of action. I hope she remains in Gouverneur and I would refer anyone to her care who values a partner in their medical treatment.
