I hate to see her go. She was the only NP/doc that I feel listened to me in a very very long time. She takes her time and is very thourough. I’m sad she is leaving. Mt Vernon is losing a rare gem.
I can not say enough good things about Nicole! She listens, takes her time with you, is very thorough when it comes to discussing treatment(s) and medication(s). As a patient, I feel included in my treatment and that I matter. She has taken care of and is taking care of all my medical needs and emergencies. She is one in a million!
She listens and explains in detail what you need or what is going on. She does not rush you, she makes you feel like your her only patient. 😀
