I called to set up a policy and Nicole was extremely rude to me, using racial slurs because of my accent. I said nevermind after viewing the policy, which was trash anyway. Much cheaper prices for better coverage elsewhere.
Have been dealing with this team since I became a Virginia renter back in 2006. Now, I have homeowner and auto insurance through them. Great team, very responsive and helpful.
Very happy with this branch of State Farm, Rea is simply the best, responds very fast and answers all my questions. Also I am very happy with the pricing compared to my previous insurance. And thank you to Nicole for following up, great to have an actual agent and a person to talk too.
Nicole and team have been my agent for decades! They are the best. Friendly and efficient and helpful--consistently!! Highly recommend them
