I was extremely impressed with Dr. Topilow. She went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe during my procedure. Her Knowledge and care exceeded my expectations. My experience was amazing!
Dr. Topilow is an excellent surgeon and very efficient and professional. Pacific Eye Institute needs better organization and management. The phone system is ridiculous and it's hard to get anyone to answer the phone or return your calls. Also. the time frame to complete a procedure from start to finish is unacceptable, being put on waiting lists , their office cancelling appointments on you etc.
Dr. Topilow is an outstanding surgeon. I had blepharoplasty a few weeks ago, and the entire experience was seamless. Dr. Topilow has a wonderful bedside manner—very reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to plan her surgery for best results and decreased scaring and optimal symmetry. The office staff and surgical team were also incredibly friendly and organized, making the day of the surgery much less stressful. My recovery has been smooth, and I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Topilow did an excellent job on my eye procedure requiring surgery to address a couple of issues impacting my vision. She was a complete professional and most personable in explaining the procedure, the post procedure care and follow up. I am very pleased with the treatment and results I received.
