Dr. Topilow was very pleasant & attentative listener. She answered my questions/ concerns with clarity. Thank you Dr. Topilow for being so caring.
Dr. Tipolow is wonderful in every way. However the phone system & scheduling is terrible. I had an appointment card for my follow up visit but never received the reminders that are sent out, so I tried calling them was put on hold for 3 hours. When I finally got a hold of them to make sure I had an appointment, I was told I didn't have one even though I had an appointment card. They would not see me & scheduled me 3 weeks later. Dr Topilow is a wonderful surgeon, amazing bed side manner, really truly cares about you as a person!!!
Dr. Topilow was incredible. She is personable, kind, intelligent, and professional. She was very thorough and she answered all of my questions. She gave me several other options for treatment. And helped me to understand what each would mean. I think she’s absolutely amazing!
Doc was awesome and very responsive!
