Dr. Thurmond has been my primary care for several years now. Kelsey experience is always excellent. I would have neglected colonoscopy and am grateful that she encouraged me to take care of this. Endearing personality, thank you. JG
I wish I had read the negative reviews prior to my visit — they are right on point and I never would have scheduled. A disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not intend to return to this location, which is a shame. On a positive note, the clinic was filled with friendly and professional nurses and other staff.
I saw her in 2022 and I am not surprised that she has received so many negative reviews since then. I did not think she had good bedside manner.
Took my parents for their annual checkup. She was rude to us and very disrespectful. She got mad every time we had a question. Couldn't take my mom's pap smear exam and told her to go somewhere else. She visited another patient between my parents appointment time. She didn't care about my parents and didn't prescribe medications according to their blood test. Worst doctor I've ever visited!
