I was in a lot of pain and Nicole fit me in on short notice. He massage studio is in a beautiful old building downtown (going up stairs required). She addressed my acute issue, but also put it in the context of getting me back to endurance activities. I am still feeling relief two days later and so I highly recommend.

Best Massage Ever! Nicole chatted with me before hand to identify my needs and areas where I was having problems. She was very knowledgeable about what to do and how to work on certain muscles and areas. Super convenient location, right in downtown Frederick. Would 100% recommend to anyone I know and I will definitely be booking again!
