First visit today! As a first time patient, I had printed out the new patient forms, and filled them out prior to my appointment. Easier to do it at home than in a waiting room in my opinion, but it's up to the client. I was immediately greeted by one of the 2 receptionists, both ready to help. She guessed my name, based on time. I was unsure of some of my insurance information, but she was able to pull it up using the Delta website. Extremely helpful!! I went in because my tooth had chipped. My previous dentist said we would have to pull it, so I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Sullens FIXED MY TOOTH, and in nearly a year, I have had absolutely no problems with it. She also filled three other teeth, and she did a great job, with NO PAIN during the procedures.
