I was looking for a reliable realtor in the Baton Rouge area and came across this amazing team. I’m so glad i did! Thank you so much Nicole and team!😊
Hired them to sell our condo and regretted it. They priced it too high based on “market vibes” with no solid comps, so it sat for 60+ days. When we finally got an offer, the negotiation was weak and we left money on the table. Paperwork also had errors that delayed closing. Expect better if you’re paying full commission.
Worked with Nicole Spellman Group to buy a home and the experience was frustrating. They were slow to reply to calls and texts, often taking 2-3 days to get back to us. Missed showing appointments without notice and seemed unprepared when we finally did see places. Ended up going with another agent who actually responded quickly.
