Nicole's knowledge of Ayurveda is vast and deep. She has the ability to present information in a way that captures and keeps your attention, makes sense and gives you tools to use what she's taught in your life. Nicole’s podcasts are just the right amount of time – 20 minutes. I found them very interesting and impress with her knowledge and presentation of the subject. Nicole has a calming soothing voice that capture your senses and hold your attention. Makes it very easy to listen and learn. Nicole gives 110% with her passion and knowledge of Ayurevda and Yoga with personalized consult to the client’s needs and excellent one on one attention. Definitely a 5 Star and high recommendation.
