I was with State Farm for 18 years before I started looking for a new insurance company. My bill over the last couple of years had increased significantly and was not sure why. I would NOT recommend!!! I've been with Nicole Simmons (state farm) for over 15 yrs. Always been happy but the last few years the service isn't much to talk about This year I was canceled by state farm. I needed to find other insurance by Nov. 19th so I did.. Thinking I was canceled I never imagined that they would continue with the auto pay. I called. The girls there did basically nothing.
