Stuff so friendly.. doctors taking time explaining everything and carefully listening to our questions
Dr. Sheung was very open and answered any questions related to my symptoms thoroughly. The staff were very attentive and courteous. Phlebotomist was very good doing my bloodwork as well.
I was treated like a friend not a cold office visit. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sheung made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Somehow I sat in the waiting room an hour after my scheduled appointment while other patients came and went.(And had to tolerate a couple playing videos too loud) Doctor was great but I think staffing had a glitch.
Dr Nicole Sheung is very professional she’s a great doctor BUT her two nurses that work for her Lesley Jimenez and the other one that wouldn’t give her name are very rude pressing buttons as if we had bad connection! I was trying to explain what I was calling about so they can help but I was at loss of words trying to explain is correctly and ask if the nurse understood what I was talking about from there all attitude!!!
